What to Eat Before a Workout
 
1. Natural Peanut Butter
2. Bananas
3. Orange juice
4. Eggs
5. Nuts
 
All these foods are good to eat before a workout because they are full of protein, carbs and fiber. They give your body the extra energy it needs.

  1. Good tip! I normally don't eat before I go work out since I go right away in the morning. I should probably try to eat a little something at least.

  2. I can never remember which foods are good for before exercising and for afterwards. I eat peanut butter almost every morning but I need to eat more eggs and nuts! Bananas are also a common snack for me.
