With March Madness coming up some of you may be throwing little get-togethers during a game. If you aren't a fan of basketball this recipe will be a good one to remember for the Super Bowl. This hors d'oeuvre will blow your mind, and no one will even notice you cut some of the extra calories out. Hot sauce and chicken aren't always the cheapest thing to buy but maybe you can talk your roommates to help pitch in.
 
 
Skinny Buffalo Chicken Dip
 


Ingredients
  • 1/2 block (4 ounces) 1/3 less fat cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup light blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients in a medium saucepan, over medium heat. Stir constantly until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted. About 15-20 minutes.
  2. Serve warm with tortilla chips and fresh celery. Enjoy!

  1. This looks so good! I had no idea that you could use greek yogurt in a recipe like this. I am sure that by using that as a substitute it makes it much healthier!
