I have a hard time filling myself up without consuming a large amount of calories. Here is 10 of the most filling foods for diets.
 
1) Baked Potatoes
2) Bean Soups
3) Eggs
4) Greek Yogurt
5) Apples
6) Popcorn (with no butter)
7) Figs
8) Oatmeal
9) Wheat Berries
10) Smoothies
 
All these foods tend to be filling because of the nutrients or vitamins that they contain. I don't think I'd every eat wheat berries or fresh fig but I will start eating more of all the other things.
